National Account Manager
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct cold calls within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by leveraging your network and actively growing it.
- Research and establish relationships with new clients.
- Efficiently manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/principals.
- Develop effective approaches and pitches.
- Collaborate with the team to create proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Utilize a variety of persuasive and negotiation techniques as appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Excellent account management skills (a plus).
- Strong communication skills.
