As a National Account Manager, we are seeking ambitious and sales-driven individuals to join our team of young, dynamic, and goal-oriented professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and decision-makers, building and maintaining relationships, and effectively managing accounts. Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Conduct cold calls within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by leveraging your network and actively growing it.
  • Research and establish relationships with new clients.
  • Efficiently manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/principals.
  • Develop effective approaches and pitches.
  • Collaborate with the team to create proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of persuasive and negotiation techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Excellent account management skills (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Result-driven individual.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Self-confident.
