Our client is a UK-based technology company that provides ERP software, CRM solutions, and BI tools to businesses across industries. They offer end-to-end financial management, supply chain management, project management, and inventory management capabilities with their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software. They have a customer-centric approach and are committed to providing excellent customer service and support.
As a Business Central Support Consultant, you’ll be the go-to person, and provide expert technical assistance to our clients on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide level 1 and level 2 support to all Business Central clients
Escalate 3rd level support to a consultant and work with consultants to resolve issues
Escalate software issues with Microsoft
Support 3rd parties and in-house applications and extensions, such as Continia Document Capture, Continia Expense Management, Master Data Management, Group VAT returns, Astral Reports, Jet Reports, and internal integrations in conjunction with the dev team
Create training videos on how-To’s
Be part of the webinar creation team for the Microsoft Wave Releases
Train new users
Manage the support queue
Provide weekly support reports and review them with the senior leadership team
As a Business Central Support Consultant, your accountabilities will include:
Maintaining Support SLAs
Maintaining and improving client feedback
Experience working in a support role
Accounting knowledge, either academic or through experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer engagement skills
Knowledge of a cloud-based finance system
Dynamics 365 Business Central Knowledge
MB800 Certification
