Job Description

As a Dynamics CRM/Power Platform Consultant, you’ll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to help them achieve their business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Getting to know our clients’ businesses and identifying their Dynamics CRM/Power Platform requirements
  • Designing and implementing tailored Dynamics CRM/Power Platform solutions that meet our client’s unique needs
  • Configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM/Power Platform software to ensure it aligns with our client’s business processes
  • Creating training materials and providing support to help end-users get the most out of their Dynamics CRM/Power Platform systems
  • Analyzing data and creating reports to provide valuable insights to our clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Dynamics CRM/Power Platform solutions
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services
  • Building innovative workflows, automation, and integrations using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work within deadlines and budget constraints

 

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • A Software Engineering /Computer Science Degree from a reputable university
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
  • Experience working with clients in a consulting role
  • An ability to explore and learn new skills
  • An ability to create solutions for clients based on their needs
  • Team player: someone who wants to help their colleagues succeed
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable (But not a must)

  • Microsoft MCP exams
  • Experience with system integrations
