Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via email and phone with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Provide as much value to customers as possible based on the progress of their implementation.
  • Work closely with Sales & Accounting teams to answer questions and help with subscription management issues.
  • Assist clients in gathering accurate account information to assist in reporting and process management.
  • Be dedicated to onboarding potential customers to enable subscriptions in a timely manner with exceptional accuracy.

 

Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience in communications, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Previous experience in Customer service is a big plus.
  • Previous experience in Financial companies will be preferable.

  • Strong skills in verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
