Our client is an Arabic culture-inspired Emirati Brand. It offers a variety of premium products such as watches, jewelry, and sunglasses for men and women on its online store, in addition to other Marketplaces in the GCC

Job Duties:

  • Relieve the Founder of repetitive and quantifiable administration tasks, either through performing them by yourself or through delegation.
  • Execute strategies and visions into an actionable outcome, supporting individual departments and individuals throughout the execution and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Streamline the team’s sales, marketing, admin, and operational efforts to ensure efficacy and efficiency while independently handle projects.
  • Accelerate company growth through identifying novel avenues of innovation and enhancement, presenting relevant findings to the management for consideration.
  • Increase overall performance through establishing, measuring, and optimizing key performance indicators, standard operating procedures, and other quantifiable means.  Ensure projects are formulated, carried out, supervised, and concluded as intended by the management.
  • Engage in business development, sales, and other relevant growth opportunities.
  • Actively and intuitively take action in cross-functional deliverables across the company and support individual stakeholders and their departments in the strategic and tactical work.



  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience, preferably 7 years of experience in a managerial operations role in the UAE, ideally in an eCommerce startup or in a luxury retail company.
  • Working experience with Shopify.
  • Working experience with performance and efficacy tools and software.
  • Having PMP or other relevant project management certification.
  • Holding MBA is a plus.
  • Business acumen, local market knowledge, and leadership capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic a considerable advantage.
