Oraima IT was established in Saudi Arabia in 2014. The company is not serving external customers but building its own solutions that will provide cloud business and social solutions. The development house has been closed out in KSA in 2021 and re-established in Egypt end of 2022. The purpose of the company is still the same to develop its own solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget, scope, and timeline. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead Agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and QA, to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing guidance and coaching to team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
