Our client is an Arabic culture-inspired Emirati Brand. It offers a variety of premium products such as watches, jewelry, and sunglasses for men and women on its online store, in addition to other Marketplaces in the GCC.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company and product line.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Must be located in the USA.
- 5 years of relevant telesales experience with a track record of growing business.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
