Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
Conduct cold calls within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential clients by leveraging your network and actively growing it.
Research and establish relationships with new clients.
Efficiently manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/principals.
Develop effective approaches and pitches.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
Excellent account management skills (a plus).
