As the Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies for a successful launch, as well as oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
As the Customer Service Department Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing email, chat, and texting services as part of the company’s customer care strategy.
You will also ensure that the company complies with all customer data security guidelines while working to hire and train a team of 3-4 customer service agents.
