Job Description
As an Account Sales Manager at Nahil Computers, you will assume a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with our existing clientele, ensuring their evolving needs are not only met but surpassed. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering, coupled with 3-5 years of proven experience in sales.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Forge and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, aiming for satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly, orchestrating effective resolutions.
Sales and Business Development:
- Attain and surpass assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for company products and services among existing clients.
- Prepare and dispatch quotations, proposals, and offers to clients.
- Diligently follow up on offers to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
- Actively pursue and attract new clients, contributing to the expansion of the company’s esteemed customer base.
Product Knowledge and Technical Understanding:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of IT terminology, including components inside PCs such as CPU, SSD, and RAM.
- Effectively convey technical details to clients and internal teams.
Project Management:
- Oversee the completion of projects with clients, ensuring seamless implementation and utmost customer satisfaction.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with various client departments, including IT, procurement, and logistics.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to meet client needs and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
- Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in sales roles.
- Fundamental understanding of IT products and terminology.
- Familiarity with current industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling IT products and services.
