Our client is a highly regarded B2B sales and marketing consultancy that is experiencing rapid growth. Job Scope:
As a B2B Inside Sales / Business Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our client’s sales team. You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls and telemarketing to other businesses, with a primary focus on generating leads and appointments. Quality over quantity is emphasized to maximize overall results. The ability to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients is of utmost importance, and you will thrive on the challenge of finding and creating new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45 am – 5 pm (with a 4 pm Finish on a Friday!) (45 min lunch break)
Salary: £25,000+ per annum (d.o.e) + excellent and uncapped OTE (circa £12,000 extra)

In addition to a competitive salary and uncapped OTE, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 32 days of holiday and a pension plan. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45 am – 5 pm, with an early finish at 4 pm on Fridays, allowing for a better work-life balance.
