We are seeking skilled Sales Executives and Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team. The core responsibility of this role is to establish rapport with clients, aiding business owners and senior management in understanding our products and services. This position involves both outbound and inbound calls, with our marketing team providing live leads. Your role will encompass explaining our offerings, evaluating claim eligibility, obtaining client consent for representation, and managing necessary documentation.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with a professional demeanor.
- Present our services effectively, tailored to client needs.
- Assess potential claims’ viability and relevance.
- Obtain necessary client authorization for representation.
- Organize and compile documentation for case processing.
