Conferences & Events Creative Director

As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of all conferences & exhibitions and ensuring that the technical proposals meet the highest standards that clients have come to expect from us. You will be responsible for leading a team of designers and creatives to deliver exceptional experiences that push the boundaries of what is possible.

Our passion lies in creating extraordinary and transformative designs for diverse clients, ranging from corporations to government entities and international groups. We strive to make a lasting impact through our collaborative design process, converting ideas into immersive environments and turning opportunities into remarkable results. With our extensive experience in projects spanning from 250 to 250,000 square feet, we actively seek clients who are eager to make a global impact.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction of all projects, ensuring alignment with clients’ brands and objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers and creatives, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering creative input and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Stay at the forefront of the event industry, constantly seeking out the latest trends, technologies, and creative techniques to push the boundaries of what is possible.
• Ensuring on-time delivery within the allocated resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or design.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the events industry.
• Previous experience in the GCC market trends is a Must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work that exhibits a deep understanding of design principles and techniques.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible in event design and production.
• A deep understanding of the latest event industry trends, technologies, and creative techniques.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team of designers and creatives.
