They are committed to enhancing the spiritual experience of their customers through their unique and handcrafted products. they are seeking a highly experienced Media Buyer with a deep understanding of e-commerce and a proven track record of running successful campaigns across various platforms.
We are in search of an In-Person Customer Service and Copywriter Specialist for our client who will play a pivotal role in ensuring their continued success. This individual must possess a unique blend of exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in English and Arabic, and the ability to craft compelling content to further enhance Basmala Beads brand’s reputation and marketing endeavors. Please note that this position is in-person and not remote.
● Provide exceptional in-person customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
● Offer support to customers hailing from diverse regions, showcasing fluency in both English and Arabic.
● Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, materials, and the Islamic prayer bead tradition to effectively assist clients.
● Utilize a CRM system to meticulously track and manage customer interactions and swiftly resolve tickets.
● Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Create captivating ad copy, enrich website content, and craft other written materials that resonate deeply with our unique clientele.
● Develop persuasive and alluring content that supports our marketing campaigns and elevates our brand image.
● Cultivate a profound comprehension of our diverse customer base through daily interactions to refine messaging.
● Adapt your writing style to maintain a consistent brand voice that exudes elegance and spirituality.
● Work closely with our marketing team to synchronize copywriting efforts with the goals of our campaigns.
● Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a similar role in a high-end brand.
● Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
● Exceptional written communication skills in both languages.
● Proficiency in CRM systems for customer support.
● Familiarity with social media platforms and online engagement.
● A strong passion for learning and adapting to the nuances of marketing strategies and trends.
● A keen eye for detail and an ability to craft compelling, persuasive content.
● Knowledge of Islamic prayer bead traditions and their spiritual significance is a significant advantage.
