As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our client’s human resources practices with its values and objectives. Working closely with internal teams, sourcing candidates aligned with the client’s heritage, crafting training that merges tradition with growth, shaping policies reflecting their values, managing employee relations, and designing performance evaluations that celebrate their identity while embracing modern standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to implement human resources initiatives that reflect the client’s commitment to minimalism and refinement.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and practices that align with the client’s ethos, promoting simplicity and efficiency.
• Participate in the talent acquisition process, identifying candidates who resonate with the client’s values and can contribute to their exceptional work environment.

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, must be within an e-commerce or retail setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English, enabling effective communication across diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and UAE employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to align HR strategies with the client’s philosophy and merge Arab style and heritage seamlessly into the company’s culture.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
