About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for market research and analysis, engaging in social media platform marketing, and engaging with relevant influencers in addition to developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within an e-commerce company. You will also oversee all marketing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into consumer requirements, behaviors, and emerging trends.
- Undertake comprehensive competitor research and analyzes to identify industry benchmarks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Create and monitor campaign budgets for both digital and traditional marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, stylists, graphic designers, and agencies to produce compelling marketing materials.
- Liaise with external vendors to successfully execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with relevant influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Manage and fine-tune PPC budgets and keywords to maximize return on investment for paid advertising.
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices.
- Maintain brand consistency across all company communications and materials.
- Prepare accurate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing efforts.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 3 + of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment as a manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Understanding of SEO and SEM techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of Marketing KPIs.
