Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
- Generating new business and supporting the expansion of existing operations.
- Taking responsibility for incoming orders, sales, and maintaining a continuous focus on pipeline development, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement.
- Building robust business relationships with relevant contacts and decision-makers within the targeted sector.
- Planning and executing the offer process, considering all customer information and requirements.

- Continuously preparing, interpreting, and documenting analysis results related to the market, customers, potential, and progress in business development. Creating well-qualified decision templates.
- Initiating and actively participating in the execution of sales or marketing campaigns and similar initiatives.
- Possess a professional background of 10-12 years in sales, business development, or pre-sales within the information technology sector, covering project, solution, and/or product business.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrate a highly proficient technical understanding of information and communication technology.
- Work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach, displaying perseverance and resilience.
