As a Sales Negotiator, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Maintaining contact with a database of potential buyers.
Scheduling and conducting property viewings, and providing constructive feedback to sellers.
Encouraging offers and skillfully negotiating between sellers and buyers to reach mutually acceptable agreements.
Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Ideally, a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales negotiator position.
A full driving license is essential.
Relevant experience in customer-facing industries is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
A driven and determined attitude towards achieving sales targets.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with diverse demographics and age groups.
