About the Role:

The Care Centre Manager is responsible for making sure that the different duties that are assigned to call centre department staff are monitored to ensure they are efficiently carried out. The manager will be responsible for ensuring that the agents have all the right tools and empowerment to ensure the first contact resolution regarding the system, process, and protocols. The manager will also be responsible for overseeing the system development and being an active participant in requesting all the needed access/privileges to ensure the best CX.
